01 / The coverage check

Different questions. Different starting panels.

Explore an example, then add your own context in the tool. These are not five separate purchase recommendations.

How to use the comparison

Three checks before choosing.

  1. Match the actual tests. A partial catalog mapping means unlisted coverage is unknown. A complete published panel can establish a gap. A field/self-test does not count as laboratory coverage.
  2. Confirm the laboratory and logistics. Ask about state/analyte certification, sample containers, holding times and delivery instructions. Shipping geography is not proof of testing eligibility.
  3. Confirm the whole cost. Base prices alone cannot establish the cheapest delivered option. Ask about return shipping, additional analyses and any other charges.

Evidence, scope & limitations

Prepared by Rural Home Compass editorial desk. Not an independent professional review; field-level source dates are shown above.

The cards and recommender use the same package records and the package-coverage-v1 rules. Display order is alphabetical. Coverage overlap is not a water-safety score or a certification assessment.

Price evidence expires after 30 days and coverage after 90 days. With JavaScript, evidence age is checked on load, on return to the tab and every minute while visible. Without JavaScript, the routine view is a build-time snapshot. These checks hide expired facts; they do not fetch current merchant terms. Source review and rebuilding remain necessary.
